Grace Kobusingye MD., F.A.A.P.

Forest Hill Pediatrics

Dr. Kobusingye, commonly know as “Dr. Grace” by her patients, has been serving Harford County families since 1995. “Taking care of children is not only my calling, it is my passion.”

As the proud mom of a young daughter, she understands the joy that comes with being a parent, as well as the concern when they are sick. As former Chief of Pediatrics at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center (2000 through 2009), she not only has the experience and training that is necessary to be a great doctor, she also has access to resources necessary to take care of your child. Having graduated from Makerere Medical School in Uganda, Dr. Grace trained in Pediatrics at Brenner Children’s Hospital at Wake Forest University Medical Center. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Shelly Locklear

Office Manager

Shelly has worked with Forest Hill Pediatrics for over 5 years. Her expertise in all areas of pediatric medical administration has enriched our office beyond measure. She is instrumental in the office running smoothing and is very knowledgeable with all aspects of our office. She is a people person with an easy-going personality. She is the liaison between patients and the billing company.

Melanie Armiger

Receptionist

Melanie Armiger is a major resource within our office and has been with us for three (3) years. She has a great personality and, as a retired paramedic, has a strong medical background. In her role, she is a great asset to Dr. Grace, by assisting with back office patient interaction; she handles all aspects of front desk activities and customer service, including helping parents solve scheduling and insurance issues. She is the voice and face of our practice.

Lisa Price

Medical Assistant

Lisa has been working with children for more than 10 years. In her role as a medical assistant, along with her many years of experience in the child care industry; her personal and hands-on approach adds a tremendous value to our team. She handles the preparatory procedures with patients and initial medical services as well as vaccinations.
